The company Impesa, a 100% Costa Rican FinTech, and the transnational Equifax (EFX: NYSE), a global information solutions company, leading provider of ideas and knowledge that contribute to better decision-making, signed an alliance that will revolutionize services customer service through intelligent robots (virtual assistants) such as Layla, a system of this type that has been developed by Impesa.
Thanks to this agreement with Equifax, Impesa will develop a chatbot that will offer users an innovative and completely secure experience when they perform any type of consultation or financial procedure through the virtual assistant. This will be possible thanks to the integration with Equifax solutions, such as the identity validator, credit inference engines and credit bureau services.
“By combining our virtual agent with Equifax solutions, such as the Identity Validator (ID Validator®) and the decision engine (Expert®), the chatbot will immediately corroborate the information provided by the person. Thanks to the databases that Equifax offers, the credit applicant’s identity is validated, a credit analysis is carried out, and credit is approved in a few minutes. Thus, the loan applicant, for example, should only go to the bank to sign their operation and present the requirements indicated by the bank or entity so that it is completely formalized, which saves a lot of time in paperwork and paperwork.” Hernandez explained.
